I spent 12 years in some of London’s top creative agencies, rising from grad Account Exec to Board-level Business Director.
Along the way, I was privileged to work with some of the best in the business. I’ve built and led high-performing teams, forged strong client relationships, and delivered award-winning work for well-loved brands.
Like anyone who’s spent time in the industry, I’ve seen both the magic and the challenges. And over time, I realised I wanted to be part of shaping something better - for people and for businesses.
I stepped away from agency life when the long hours and high demands didn’t fit with motherhood. I made the leap into tech, leading marketing for high-growth fintech and generative AI brands and helping build a tech recruitment start up from the ground up.
It was through recruit-tech and helping others find their calling that I found mine: using my experience to bring exceptional people and opportunities together. Now, my focus is simple. I help brilliant candidates and companies thrive through smart, strategic talent matching.
